The Botanist Gin
The Botanist was born at Bruichladdich Distillery on the island of Islay.
Made by expert spirit makers using 22 hand-foraged local botanicals, it delights with a perfect balance that is superior in flavour and is rooted in provanance and purpose.

supporting The Botanist’s celebrations is leading florist Phillipa Craddock, bringing the restaurant and bar into full bloom for its birthday. Inspired by bees and their natural habitat, the flower installation across the venue’s entire façade features seasonal faux eucalyptus and vibrant blooms in burgundies, blues, yellows, oranges and lush greens.
